Jennifer is a graduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology pursuing a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering as of Fall 2024.  She graduated from Georgia Tech with highest honors in 2023, receiving a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a certificate in Russian. During her undergraduate education, she conducted undergraduate research in the Space Systems Design Lab developing the “OrCa2” and “WEBS” CubeSats as well as an exploration of the optical navigation capabilities of the “Lunar Flashlight” mission. Her research interests include spacecraft GNC with an emphasis on optical navigation, orbital mechanics, and autonomous systems. Jennifer is a co-op at NASA Johnson Space Center, having worked with GNC and trajectory groups in both the engineering and flight operations directorates. Beyond academics and work, Jennifer is a rock-climbing instructor, who leads weekend trips and international expeditions through Georgia Tech. She also loves hiking, movie nights, and road trips.
