Congratulations to SEAL Ph.D. student Kevin Kobylka for successfully defending his Ph.D. dissertation entitled “Photometric and Geometric Methods for Enhances Image-Based Spacecraft Navigation.” Dr. Kobylka is now an aerospace engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.
